Return Policy

We at Havaianas are committed to your satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product we will accept return within 14 days of the purchase.
 

Product should be returned in unused/unworn & fully resalable condition with the original tag & original packing upon production of original receipt.
 

Exchange would be made at the value paid at the time of purchase. In case the purchase value of the new article is more, a differential amount has to be paid by the customer; in case the purchase value of the new article is less, the amount will not be returned.
 

No cash refund or credit note will be issued against the exchange.
 

No exchange during Sale/ Promotion, Items purchased on Sale/Promotion cannot be exchanged.
 

Havaianas will exchange products purchased only from Havaianas exclusive stores in India.
 

Alpargatas India Fashions Private Limited reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy.
